A simple public site.
A clear next step.

How this event website handles information.

Registration happens on Luma.

This public site does not operate its own registration, mailing list, participant account system or résumé database. When you register, Luma handles the information you provide under its own terms and privacy practices.

Contact and inquiry tools

Our inquiry form prepares an editable draft on this page. You choose whether to copy it or open your email application. It does not submit the form to a website database or send an email automatically. You choose whether to send the draft. Information you email is available to the organizer recipients for responding to your inquiry.

The organizer hub

The hub reads public planning and professional contact research from the existing AI Builders operations workspace. It does not expose private participant records, private notes or activity logs. Contact evidence may be outdated; verify the source before outreach. Searches, filters and email-draft edits are processed in your browser. Draft text is not stored by this site. Browser navigation can retain view filters in the current browsing session; explicitly copied view links include their search and filter terms. CSV exports contain the records currently shown by your filters. Request a correction or removal by emailing the organizers.

External services

Links may open Luma, Slack, Google Maps or your email application. These services have their own privacy practices. Hosting providers may process technical connection information needed to deliver and secure this site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not include an advertising pixel or a first-party analytics script in this release.

Your preparation checklist

The landing page can remember five preparation checkboxes in this browser’s local storage. These are personal reminders, not registration, check-in or submission records. Uncheck the boxes or clear site data to reset them. The team-introduction composer is a browser-only draft; it does not send content to Slack or save it to a server.

Search, planning and sharing

Website search, the four-step project planner and the sharing workbench run in this browser. Answers and drafts are not stored. The event guide reads a limited public arrival-information endpoint for the latest room, venue and parking details. It does not request the contact directory. Copy or download any plan you want to keep before leaving.

Your project story

The project-story tool formats the text and links you enter into local downloads. It does not test a project, call an AI model, publish a page or submit an event entry. Your answers remain in this page’s memory. Review exported claims, names and links before sharing.

Your project worksheet

The starting-brief worksheet processes your idea, audience and goal in this browser. It uses prepared suggestions, makes no AI request and does not store or submit your answers. Copying uses your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device.

Promotional links

Campaign links can include a placement label such as a campus newsletter name. Do not put a person’s email address or other private information into a campaign source. Luma may associate these labels with registrations.

Résumés and photos

Event registration does not grant blanket permission to share a résumé with sponsors. Any résumé sharing and identifiable promotional photography should follow the separate consent arrangements communicated by organizers.

Optional build notebooks

The project tools can save your answers in a local .json file when you choose Download. Opening a notebook reads it in your browser and shows a preview before applying answers. The site does not upload notebook contents or save them automatically. Keep private information and credentials out of files you share.
