AI BUILDERS WEEKEND / PARTICIPANT GUIDE

November 20 noon to November 22, 3 p.m. Central, 2026. MTSU Business & Aerospace Building, Murfreesboro. Free, ages 18+, teams 2-6. Beginners and all backgrounds welcome. Solo registration welcome.

Two teammates must present in person Sunday noon-3 p.m. Central. Remote building is allowed. Bring a laptop, charger and permitted tools. Confirm room, Friday pass pickup and approved parking lots before traveling. Meals, overnight access and tool credits have not been announced.

AI BUILDERS TEAM AND DEMO CHECKLIST

[ ] Team of 2-6 with a small, shared project goal.
[ ] At least two teammates confirmed in person Sunday, Nov22, noon-3 p.m. Central.
[ ] Registration complete and event logistics reviewed on Luma.
[ ] Work and data sources credited; credentials kept out of source and screenshots.
[ ] One working user flow tested by someone outside the build team.
[ ] A short explanation: who it helps, the problem, what works, what is next.
[ ] Demo URL/repository and a backup recording or screenshots ready.
[ ] Any submission format, deadline and judging rules checked against organizer updates.
[ ] Consent checked before sharing names, photos, personal data or resumes.
[ ] The project can be explained honestly, including its limitations.
